If your organization already uses Crestron scheduling panels, you are already accustomed seeing a rooms status or adding a meeting from the door . However, what you may not know is that your scheduling panels can also be personalized to match your brand.  Follow the steps below to learn how to personalize your AirMedia device.


  1. Connect to your panel by typing in the unit's IP address into your browser.
  2. You will now be prompted to log in to the panel settings. The default log-in is admin for both the username and password. I this combination does not work or you would like to change it, feel free to open a support ticket with us.
  3. Once you have entered the settings panel, select the "Settings" tab on the top, center of the page.
  4. Scroll down to the section titled "UI Settings".
  5. In the "Logo Image" field you may paste a link to your logo online or upload a saved image.
  6. Once you have completed step 5, click the blue "Save Changes" button on the top left.
  7. The webpage will inform you if your logo was accepted.
