If your meeting space already utilizes a Crestron AirMedia, you already know how convenient it is to share video and audio from virtually any device. However, what you may not know is that your AirMedia can also be used to improve your decor or advertise your business!  Follow the steps below to learn how to personalize your AirMedia device.


  1. Connect to your AirMedia by typing in the unit's IP address (displayed on the room display) into your browser.
  2. Once you have reached the landing screen, click the gear icon in the upper right corner.
  3. You will now be prompted to log in to the AirMedia settings. The default log-in is admin for both the username and password. I this combination does not work or you would like to change it, feel free to open a support ticket with us.
  4. Once you have entered the settings panel, select "AMPS" on the navigation panel to the left. From the drop-down menu, select "Touch Screen and Display".
  5. Scroll down to the section titled "Display Customization".
  6. Be sure "Enable Custom Logo Graphic" is set to "Enabled". In the "Custom Logo Graphic URL" field you may paste a link to your logo online or upload a saved image.
  7. To upload custom backgrounds, scroll a little further and ensure "Enable Custom Backgrounds" is set to "Enabled". 
  8. In the "Custom Logo Graphic URL" field you may paste a link to your logo online or upload a saved image. Depending on size, the AirMedia can hold several images.
  9. Below this section, you will find settings about how often the picture should change, etc.
  10. Once you have completed uploading your images, scroll to the bottom of the "Display Customization Section" and click save. You will be prompted to answer this question:
  11. Chose "OK". Now scroll to the top of the web page and select "Activate" on the red banner. The device will reboot and your images will appear!
