Our Zoom Room systems allow users to join pre scheduled meetings assigned to this room, as well as instantly start a meeting from the touch panel, or their respective laptop. Zoom Rooms can be configured as locations within your organization's calendar system to easily schedule meetings in the room. Any meeting scheduled in the room will automatically populate on the touch panel for a fast start to every meeting.


To set-up calendar integration for your Zoom Room, please select your calendar service below:

 


Zoom rooms are able to join other conferencing platforms without the hassle and confusion of switching applications or signing into a separate account.  The meeting will automatically appear on the touch panel, just as scheduled Zoom meetings. To configure this feature, follow the steps below.
  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal. 
  2. Click Room Management, then Zoom Rooms. 
  3. Use the Zoom Rooms location hierarchy and choose where to enable this setting.
  4. Click the Meeting tab.
  5. Click the icon next to Support 3rd party conferencing dial-in for Zoom Rooms.
  6. Select the Support Microsoft Teams web client meeting on Zoom Rooms option to enable this as well.
